Please Do Not book a shoot without reading our Terms of Service.  You will see our terms during the ordering process.

-Due to the Covid issue, as of Mar. 24th 2020, we will not shoot a home with anyone present during the interior portion of the shoot.  Please inform your sellers of this prior to the shoot.  We are typically inside the home less than 1 hr.

-Photos will be delivered by 5pm the next business day.  Our business days are Mon-Fri excluding major holidays.  Videos will be delivered in 3-4 business days.
