How You Can Help Your Clients
with the Home Inspection Process

We understand that a home inspection can be nerve-wracking for some, so we asked Tyler McAbee, a licensed Indiana home inspector and owner of ProSpect Home Inspections how this process could be made a little easier on your clients.

"You need to set their expectations. Let them know that every home will have issues and finding will be discovered during the inspection process.”

Tyler explains that a home inspection is not a “pass or fail”, but rather an opportunity to obtain more information about the home you are buying or selling.

There are many common things that are found during the inspection process. “typically minor repair issues and deferred maintenance concerns.”
