Runway for Rescues

We were contacted by Amanda Kishel of Kishel Photography. Amanda wanted to partner with us to create a promotional video to be aired at their 9th annual, Runway for Rescues event. Runway for Rescues is an event that partners with a local animal rescue shelter (ARF) and other local businesses to raise money and promote the adoption of rescue animals. The event also partners with Ambers a local beauty school and The Buckle a local clothing store. The event  is a runway fashion show for high school seniors. The sold-out event would take place at the Muncie Civic Theater in May of 2022. Our team collaborated with Amanda’s team to come up with the idea of a behind the scenes video showcasing the work that went into preparing for the event. The production of the video took place over 3 days. The first day was at Amanda’s studio to capture the high school senior models getting their hair and makeup done for a photo shoot with rescue animals. The second day was an interview with Amanda to talk about why the event was created. The third day was to interview Nikki, the Director of ARF Rescue Center. Amanda later told us that everyone “cried” when they saw the video. We assume that’s a good thing!
